Objective

  • Create a device that accurately determines the color of an object and move it to a group of similarly colored objects

Technical Details

  • Designed the machine in SolidWorks to digitally test the design
  • Prepared the model for most of the physical aspects of the machine to be laser cut from plywood
  • Developed an Arduino program to take input from the color sensor, determine what color the object is, and adjust the path of the object based on what it senses
